Service engineer (M/F)
YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated service engineer / service technician to join our service department in Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. You will be installing and maintaining Haitian and Zhafir brand servo-hydraulic and all-electric injection molding machines at various sites across India. In coordination with Technical Management, you will ensure competent service support and make sure that our machines operate flawlessly for clients. Furthermore, you will provide on-site machine instruction and training to client's employees, or train small groups at our premises.
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualified mechatronics engineer or electronics technician
- Several years' experience in the installation, maintenance, and service support of equipment and machines
- Willing to travel in India
- High level of customer focus, and smart, assured manner
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Solid PC skills and good knowledge of English

Technical Sales Representative (M/F)
YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a sales representative (m/f) with a high degree of technical competence to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujurat. This role encompasses customer care with a focal point on providing technical support by phone, as well as producing technical quotes and sales documents. In addition you will support our India-wide sales team in order processing. Ideally, you will have basic commercial skills or some initial experience in marketing technical products in need of explanation.

- Degree in mechanical engineering, qualification as a technician, or suitable professional experience in the field of mechanical and plant engineering
- Sound technical expertise i.e. keen interest in technology
