Haitian Huayuan Machinery (India) Pvt. Ltd. modestly commenced its operations in 2015 at Gujarat, India. On 28 April, 2018 Haitian Huayuan India celebrated completion of its brand new manufacturing unit at Ahmedbad, Gujarat, the hub of injection moulding manufacturer in India.

Haitian India entered into an MOU with Gujarat Government under Make in India Project, purchasing 10 acres land (shop floor 5 acres and office 2000 sq.mtrs.) at Mascot Industrial Park, Near Kadi, Kadi Detroj Road, Village Jadavpura, Tal.Kadi, and Dist. Mehsana.The Unit is spread across 52,000 sq.mtrs. of built-up area with State-of the-art-machine assembling unit.

In-House Machining

In 2019 we purchased an additional 5 acres of land adjacent to our new factory at Kadi for manufacturing machines. It’s a world class facility having Hexagon CMM machines, a high investment but serves customers with quality of global standard as this CMM has repeatability of 5 micron and accuracy of 8 micron. This is completely pneumatically operated, hence frictionless. Nigata 100 HMC is a 6 pallet machine, parallel machining is possible and would run for 24 hours continuously with single setting. Factory has been operative by September 2019. Our own components of the machinery is being manufactured at this Unit.

Additional three machines, model GLU 18 one and GLU 32 two numbers, has double spindle per machine an advantage to offer both VMC and HMC operations in single machine, further six numbers of VMC and one HMC machines, installed, offering more machining parts to manufacturing unit. In house machining also helps in better control in delivery time committed to customer for their orders. Overall this in house machining plant supports to our build in manufacturing capacity plan of 200 injection moulding machines a month”.
